We have explained the process that summaries the stages of transaction involved in selling property or house

1.Sale Agreed-
After you instruct us, our property conveyancing solicitors will acquire your title deeds and Land Registry copies and other important document and guarantees. You will then have to fill our forms. The contract package will be prepared and sent to the buyer's conveyancing solicitors who will then carry out various investigations. We must answer any property conveyancing queries they may. Once the buyer’s conveyancing solicitors are satisfied with all queries you will be asked to sign the contract.

2.Exchange of Contracts –
Once parties have agreed to the normal processes involved in property conveyancing, the completion date is decided and the contract is signed we can proceed to exchange contracts. At this stage the sale becomes legally binding. The Buyer's conveyancing solicitors will send a deposit to us. We will approve the transfer deed and ask you to sign it. We will then prepare the final accounts after considering any mortgage redemption figure that might prevail.

3.Completion –
On the completion date we will hand over the title deeds to the buyer's conveyancing solicitors and receive the balance of the sale price. We will pay off any mortgage out of the property conveyancing sale proceeds, collect our legal fees and disbursements and will settle any left over money with you after finalising the process involved in selling a house or property.
